50 minutes | 2 times per week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday Level up with skills that last a lifetime! 50 minute class. Our Basic Martial Arts program is designed for kids ages 7 and up who are ready to take their training to the next level. Each 50-minute class (twice per week) combines detailed technique instruction with high-energy workouts that build physical strength, discipline and focus, and mental resilience. Whether your child is a beginner or has previous experience, our expert instructors provide personalized guidance to help them grow. Along the way, they’ll improve fine motor skills, learn respect and teamwork, gain bully prevention strategies, and build lasting friendships in a positive, encouraging environment.
