Designed for students who are aiming to reach a higher level of mastery. This elite program meets three times per week and features Olympic-level instruction and Combat Martial Arts techniques. Students will sharpen their self-defense abilities, master advanced kicking and striking, and build core sparring fundamentals. Our expert instructors—including an Olympic Master—focus on detailed technique, mental toughness, and combat readiness, preparing students for success both on and off the mat. Class requires student to meet 2x per week plus a sparring class on Friday's. This program reinforces key values like discipline and focus, respect, goal setting, and healthier living skills, while continuing to support teamwork and bully prevention in a positive, high-performance environment.
